Plantain (Plantago major) is great for bug bite, stings, splinters and infection. Excellent at drawing outwards you can use it to remove that pesky splinter or a bit of glass stuck in the skin or for infection.
Works amazingly on mozzie bites and bee stings to take away the sting and reduce the inflammation. This balm is a must for any first aid kit. We keep some in the camping gear and the general first aid kit.
