The workshop schedule is run seasonally, we are taking a little break with our ‘in-person’ classes over winter but you can jump onto one of the ‘in-person online’ classes over in our Virtual classroom

Join me for an intimate workshop making several different botanical soap types and bath bombs. You’ll get to take home a selection of goodies made in the night plus worksheets and recipes.

Naomi is a chef by trade and has spent a lifetime growing and cooking with produce foraged and grown locally, way before it was popular. In this workshop we’ll forage for our produce and cook up a tasty meal to enjoy together. All dietary requirements catered for.

Join Naomi for an emersion into all things essential oils and hydrosols (floral water), we will make both using locally harvested plants in season.
We will be using our beautiful copper still.

Join Naomi on this Sunday afternoon to celebrate the bounty harvest. In this masterclass you will learn to use herbs to make refreshing drinks that will wow your friends.
We’ll be making wild fermented soda’s, herbal bitters and old fashioned shrubs.
You’ll be provided with all recipes and tools to make your own Herbal mocktails at home.

On our town weed foragers walk you will learn to recognise common plants growing wild in parks, waterways and road sides. How to harvest, what parts are used and what benefit they have for nutrition and medicine so when you get home you can discover your own back yard bounty.
You’ll also get a little reference link to all of the weeds we find on the way.
All walks are easy, fitness requirement is low. Wheelchair and pram friendly.
$12.50 per person (kids under 16 & carers free) – Walk departs from the Apothecary 9am
