We will endeavour to send your package within 48 hours of ordering, Monday – Friday and you should receive your items within 14 days of order.
Please note Aus post are experiencing longer than usual delays on deliveries.
All domestic packages are sent via Aus Post. You will receive an email from them with your tracking number when it is dispatched.

Should a product arrive damaged, please contact us via email@example.com with a picture of the item and your order details. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. We may ask to you to return it for a full refund, providing it is unused and in original packaging.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason please do get in touch and we’ll discuss a resolution that works for you, whether a replacement, store credit or a refund.
Please understand we are unable to refund returns on our salves and balm and only on oils and tinctures if returned unopened.
