Join Naomi for an emersion into all things essential oils and hydrosols (floral water), we will make both using locally harvested plants in season, steam distilled in our beautiful copper still.

Our afternoon will be relaxed and informative with drinks and nibbles provided. Classes are small intimate groups of up to 10 held in our Beechworth Apothecary.

We’ll begin the day with a weed walk, foraging produce for lunch. While we wait for the still to start Naomi will show you how you can use hydrosols in cooking and we will use the foraged produce to make our meal.
