Join Naomi for an emersion into all things essential oils and hydrosols (floral water), we will make both using locally harvested plants in season, steam distilled in our beautiful copper still.
We’ll be blending Hydrosols, making essential oil preparations and immersing ourselves in the aroma of fragrant plants.
Learn the best time to harvest and what part of the plant we use and the beneficial aspects.
Our day will be relaxed and informative with drinks and nibbles provided. Classes are small intimate groups of 10 held in our Beechworth Apothecary.
