  • Set Up and Charge the Still: Learn step-by-step how to prepare and manage a copper alembic still for steam distillation.
  • Distillation in Action: Participate in a live demonstration of steam distillation, as seasonal botanicals are transformed into essential oil and floral water (hydrosol).
  • Separating Essential Oil and Hydrosol: Master the techniques to collect and separate the precious essential oil from the hydrosol.
